How it Works                                           NEED HELP? (1 - 877 - 303 - PROS (7767)

1. Sign-up

• Complete the sign-up form & terms of agreement sheet.

• Your calorie intake will be determined from information gathered in the sign-up form.

2.  Receive Assessment

• Calorie intake will be sent to you with a meal plan recommendation.

3.  Review Menus

• Review our weekly menus & fill out the corresponding order sheet(s).

4.  Retrieve Meals

• Wake-up and retrieve your meals.
• Meals are delivered before 5:30 am and left outside your door in soft cooler bags.
• Meals should be removed from coolers and refrigerated by 10:00am of delivery day.

5.  Leave out coolers

• Leave empty coolers outside by 12:00am of next delivery day.
