Reheating Tips
All of the Eat Like The Pros® meals require minimal preparation.
FOR BEST

DO NOT MICROWAVE!!

Most
of our meals taste better when cooked via conventional or toaster oven.

Microwaving may alter a food's nutritional make-up.

Use
only glassware when reheating via microwave as plastic may leach chemicals.
CHECK
FREQUENTLY!!

Start heating in short intervals (OVEN: 2-5 minutes / MICROWAVE: 45 seconds
- 1 minute)

Check food after initial heating time then continue heating in even shorter
intervals.

NOTE: Oven
temperatures & microwave power may vary.

Again, we do not recommend microwaving but realize this may be the
only option available.

Be
careful not to overcook your food.
OUR
RECOMMENDATIONS:

Remove the food from its plastic container and place it on an oven safe dish or container (Glassware or stainless steel sheet pan).

Follow the reheating instructions on each meal container.

Reheat your meals via the oven
& check them frequently to avoid over cooking.

If you don’t have the time or convenience to do so, then we recommend that you microwave all dishes in uncovered glass or ceramic plates/bowls. Do not touch or cover with plastic.

Reheat all foods according to
USDA guidelines.
